You’ll play a critical role in continuously improving the outcomes of the teams responsible for deploying awareness and pipeline-building activities across all marketing channels and all markets globally. You’ll be interfacing with all levels of the company to build and refine measurement frameworks and communicate results. Your contribution will influence every aspect of our revenue build operations including pipeline-building operations and new product-led growth initiative. Your input will be critical to driving our continued success and accelerated future growth. You will lead a small team that will grow over time.Your day-to-dayCollaborate with marketing, sales, finance, channels, product and other teams to develop and refine marketing investment performance measurement and optimization strategies.Create, refine, and maintain sophisticated dashboards (PowerBI), enabling team members across the organization to access information and make better decisions.Responsibility for the overall marketing technology stack and strategy. Accelerate deployment and integration of latest AI marketing and digital tools to boost marketing performance.Lead product-led growth (PLG) initiative and turn website into a new revenue generation engine.Build technical and business strategies to improve digital performance.Lead marketing database improvement strategy.Lead in the development of consensus for measurement methodologies.Serve as an evangelist and spokesperson for optimized revenue and pipeline generation throughout the global marketing and sales organizations.Drive the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems to improve the efficiency and scalability of the company's revenue generation operations.Deliver data-driven analysis across the entire revenue lifecycle, leading to tactical and strategic areas of improvement that drive results.What you bring to the team6+ years of experience with analytics, digital marketing, growth marketingDeep experience with best-in-class measurement methodologies and tools.Proven track record of developing and executing measurement frameworks and strategies that have driven growth.Experience with revenue funnel analytics; experience in PLG is a plus.Experience building sophisticated predictive forecasts and return on investment models.Minimum general understanding of AI applications in marketing and salesGrowth mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership and influencing skills.Excellent written and presentation skills – the ability to distill complex data into clear and understandable visuals and stories.MBA preferredWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
