Senior Nutrition Product Marketing Manager

We are a high-growth, fast paced national Edtech software company with an exclusive offering as part of a K-12 business platform. We are looking for a senior product marketing leader to join LINQ.

Funding gaps and challenges dominate K-12 headlines. Nutrition programs aren’t immune. Topics like unpaid meal debt, price inflation, staffing shortages, and supply chain woes deeply concern school nutrition professionals. With LINQs integrated nutrition solutions, districts and state education agencies are able to meet these challenges.

We have a unique opportunity for a senior product marketing leader, with SaaS, K-12, or nutrition experience, to step into the Go-To-Market planning and execution of LINQ’s district and state nutrition solutions. The candidate filling this role will work side-by-side with experienced product leaders, sales and sales enablement leaders, and the broader seasoned cross-functional leadership team. This role is 100% focused on bringing to the table messaging, differentiators, thought leadership, incorporating financial analysis, and trends for building and delivering on B2B marketing plans for all things related to nutrition solutions. The individual must be comfortable executing in a very fast paced and highly visible role.

Reports to: SVP of Product Marketing

LINQ is hiring a senior product marketing manager. The position will report to the SVP of Product Marketing and be 100% focused on bringing to the table messaging, differentiators, analysis, and trends for delivering on and building future B2B plans.

Product Marketing Role:

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting the customer and market insights, persona needs, and integrated nutrition messaging for districts and state education agencies.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand and increase pipeline. Paying close attention to detail and having an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our nutrition solutions’ value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customers’ challenges. You will also be part of a collaborative team, including Product, Sales/Account Management, Implementation and UX professionals, focusing on go-to-market strategies, sales enablement and building partnerships inside of LINQ and externally with customers.

Paying close attention to detail and having an eye for quality are critical to your success. This role requires a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, the continuous focus on looking across the organization (looking left and right) to ensure decisions being made are based on the broader understanding of implications across the business and ultimately success for the customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Storyteller: You’ll create compelling and differentiated messaging that conveys the unique vision and strategy for LINQ solutions – clearly articulating the value of integrated solution as part of our platform offering.

•Sales Partnership and Support: Partner closely with sales, sales enablement, account management and product to align the buyer journey and develop customer-facing material that captures solutions value clearly and effectively.

•Product Insights and Voice of Sales: You’ll need to develop a deep understanding of our nutrition solutions, the buyer personas and market trends. Together with the sales enablement team, you’ll educate internal and external stakeholders on our K-12 platform and the integrated nutrition solutions.

•Voice of customer: You’ll represent the voice of the customer; provide market analysis, build standardized personas and conduct competitive analysis for other nutrition solutions providers including identifying the differentiation of their solutions and how they position in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•5 – 8 years of Product Marketing experience including B2B marketing

•Minimum education of BS in Marketing, Business or Communications

•Extensive experience in GTM planning and execution

•Demonstrated experiences in partnering with sales

•Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills

•Track record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

•Strong track record of working on cross-functional leadership teams for collaboration

•Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Strong interpersonal skills – this role will interact with customers as well as our internal sales, product management, account management, finance, campaign marketing, and executive leadership team

•Experience and successful use of Microsoft Office tools; especially PowerPoint

•Time management and organizational skills is a must

•Resourceful and self-motivated for this growth opportunity

•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative climate

PREFERRED:

•MBA

•Experience in K-12 educational SaaS

•3 – 5 years of nutrition solution experience
