Using Janes, enables our customers to better use their scarce resource more effectively, to support better decisions with higher confidence, more quickly.We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of creating and leading our US Marketing Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join the Janes team and work alongside the US sales organization to develop a focused marketing strategy.Responsibilities

Create, manage, and implement targeted Account Based Marketing plans to generate new business and identify future growth opportunities in the National Security community.Create, lead, and implement integrated marketing campaigns to raise Janes brand profile across our key target communities and generate opportunities within our key target accounts.Develop and implement engaging marketing programs to improve customer experience, with a particular focus on increasing customer engagement and optimizing user experiences to increasing user interaction with our key delivery channels.Communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to develop and shape targeted messaging for brand, events, and advertising activities to effectively showcase Janes unique value proposition.Oversee the US Marketing Strategy by effectively project managing multiple programs in a matrix environment, working with customer success, marketing, product and sales to ensure we adhere to agreed timelines and accurately track and evaluate performance against project goals.Oversee all US-based Marketing activities, including PR and thought leadership plans, demand generation activities and US events.Marketing technology – Utilise the advanced marketing technology stack to optimise the success of marketing & PR activities, delivering personalised experiences to key personas and closely measuring and reporting the performance against KPI’s.Oversee the management and implementation of US physical and virtual events.Analyze the results of US marketing activities, events channels and campaigns and present executive reports which are aligned to the commercial and corporate objectives and present to senior management.Stay aligned with industry best practice keeping abreast of the latest practices, technologies, and principles.Minimum Requirements

8 years’ experience in a Senior Marketing role, with experience in product marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, PR and digital marketing.Hands-on approach to marketingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to master our brand voice.Solid content management experience using CMS’s / digital publishing platforms / websites, with deep understanding of presenting content in an inspiring, accurate, relevant, user-friendly and commercially aware manner.Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation system.Familiarity with the Defense and Security domain.An analytical mindset with knowledge of industry reporting tools and the ability to create a narrative from raw data - presenting this back to clients and stakeholders in a compelling and convincing manner.Solid understanding of commercial requirements and how to turn requirements into deliverable strategies.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns, and work with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization.Creative and organized with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and time management abilities.Benefits
