The Marketing Event Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end event coordination, including planning of marketing promotions and materials, coordinating of shipping and receiving of materials, budget tracking, event registration and reporting. From corporate conferences to charity fundraisers, the Marketing Event Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of each event.RequirementsThis role is responsible for the planning, organizing, and executing of various events.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie to ensure the effective coordination of all event aspects.Support event logistics, including venue selection, audio-visual requirements, catering, and accommodation arrangements.Develop event timelines, ensuring all resources are allocated appropriately.Coordinate with Event Managers to create promotional materials and ensure event information is effectively communicated to target audiences.In partnership with the Event Managers, lead the onsite management of events, including registration and attendee management, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.Manage event contracts from execution to processing through to payment.Leverage internal systems to track and manage event artifacts and surveys.Manage event guest and sponsor registrations.Execute event related social media strategy.Manage pre and post event invoicing, including the submission for marketing development funds.Effective at both leading and delegating event planning tasks.QualificationsAbility to travel; this role requires approximately 25% travelPrevious event planning experience preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and ability to communicate well with the entire event staffDemonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and critical thinking when making decisionsExpert level interpersonal skillsProject management experience, preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management softwareSalesforce experience, preferredBenefitsSalary commensurate with years’ of experience, technical expertise and geographic location.Salary range: $67,000 to $75,000.Benefits package that includes 100% paid medical, dental and vision for the employee.401(k) with employer match.Strong company culture.Flexible PTO policy.Flexible working arrangements.Annual company overnight retreat (employee + significant other).Equal Opportunity EmployerEVOTEK believes that everyone has the ability to make an impact, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunity regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, citizenship status, and genetic information.
