Designs, prototypes and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences. Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's digital offerings.Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UX researchers) to define design goals and strategies.• Work with other designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.• Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.• Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions.• Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.• Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions.• Solve complex design problems while considering user needs and technical constraints.Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.Experience:Moderate- level, real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.Supervisory:NoOur Senior UX Designer, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
