About the Position:

As the Digital Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that help drive our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team and our data warehouse team to report results, identify trends to optimize campaigns, improve ROI and contribute to overall business growth. Additionally, you will contribute to the marketing team beyond solely data metrics, helping coordinate various marketing projects as needed.

What You Will Do:

Analyze digital marketing metrics across various channels (search, display, website, social media, email).Generate regular reports to track the performance of individual campaigns.Develop dashboards, maintain and automate marketing reporting process using Tableau.Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and competitor strategies for existing and new products/services; analyze and summarize market trends and competitor strategies to management.Identify and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement within digital marketing efforts.Research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations on website and provide reporting on results.Assist with the gathering and analysis of primary market research (S+P) and database marketing to provide direction for sales prospecting.Analyze secondary research to identify financial services trends in products and services and suggest changes where necessary.Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media and other review sites, escalating to appropriate departments and management when necessary.Gain understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for execution of email marketing and customer journeys.Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and social media analytics.Stay updated on the latest tools and trends in digital marketing.Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, statistical analysis or a related field is required.A minimum of one year of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis.Previous experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.Exceptional Excel skills, including functions, macros, and Visual Basic processes.Extraordinary attention to detail.Experience with content management system a plus.Strong analytical skills.Strong reporting and presentation skills.Ability to interpret data and explain the implications to all levels of employees, management, and third parties.Capability of working effectively under limited supervision.Demonstrated organizational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Conditions/Demands:

Professional office setting.Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
