ROGERCO, Inc. (ROGERCO) , an integrated technology and communications consultancy firm specializing in public affairs, public relations, marketing, branding, and crisis management, is looking for an experienced Event Planner to join our team supporting the Army Futures Command (AFC).

Conduct, develop, and perform comprehensive planning for supporting communication operations and the communication planning component of all AFC strategic planning venues and productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication plans with overall organizational goalsSupport the planning and development of strategic-level outreach engagements and eventsCoordinate with appropriate offices to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies and initiativesDevelop and foster partnerships to enhance communication effortsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategiesSupport AFC operational planning by developing and coordinating industry best-practice communication plansPrepare associated documents to facilitate clear communication of operational plansParticipate in communication working groups, providing expertise and insightsCollaborate with team members to draft communication products and documentsQualifications:

Location: Austin, TX (This is an in-person position)Education: N/AExperience: Minimum of 5 years direct, relevant experience planning, coordinating and executing events and conferences. Experience working with Government organizations preferredLanguages: EnglishMust be a US CitizenActive DoD Clearance requiredBenefits
