POSITION OBJECTIVE:This position will lead the strategic enhancement and execution of the Go to Market (GTM) process and ensure effective communication and reporting within Marketing Operations. This role will oversee project status updates and event recaps while continuously refining marketing processes. By fostering cross-functional collaboration, this position will align Marketing Operations with Business objectives, driving operations excellence and growth.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitates the ongoing development of the GTM process, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and objectives.

• Oversees the creation and maintenance of GTM timelines and supporting tools across various brands.

• Owns and manages all communications related to Marketing Operations, including regular project status updates.

• Ensures clear and timely communication of project status, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinates and delivers comprehensive recaps for in-season activities and events.

• Drives continuous improvement of marketing processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize both marketing-owned and marketing-influenced processes.

• Orchestrates roll out of new processes and training teams on their implementation ensuring smooth adoption and consistent application across the organization.

• Facilitates and manages end-to-end development of cross-brand and large single brand projects.

• Works closely with brand teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of Marketing Operations with overall business goals.

• Facilitates effective collaboration and communication across departments to support seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

• 7+ years marketing experience included Go to Market (GTM) management

• Experience with a retailer preferred

• Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills

• Advance knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience with a workflow platform such as Wrike or Asana

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
