The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of graphic design principles and be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop as well as Illustrator. As an Associate Graphic Designer for Branch, one will be responsible for designing a variety of visual concepts for social media, advertisements, presentations, apparel and promotional materials. Duties/Responsibilities• Responsible for designing a wide variety of compelling collateral, including but not limited to: newsletters, social media and website graphics, flyers, recruitment advertising, graphics and elements, presentations, logos, illustrations, signage, promotional materials, apparel, and more.• Maintain accurate marketing database files• Ensure that all projects are finalized in adherence to our high-quality brand standards and within established timelines.• Study design briefs and determine the requirements.• Conceptualize visuals using creative thinking skills based on the criteria provided.• Perform retouching and manipulation of images• Professionally collaborate with other marketing team members to synchronize efforts and to develop cohesive (and elevated) content
Qualifications• A portfolio of proven graphic design illustrations• Minimum of an associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related Marketing field• Knowledge of graphic design principles and advertising• Proficient with design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator• Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time, especially under tight deadlines.• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology• Work closely with other team members in a highly collaborative environment• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and WordPress a plus• Experience in photography, videography, and related editing software a plus

TravelTravel requirements are minimal, although occasional travel to events and project sites may be necessary. Expected travel is assumed to be 5-10%.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This job operates in an office setting but regularly visits construction sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
