A highly respected and growing Custom Home Builder in the Area is looking for a Residential Architectural Designer/Drafter
Qualifications:5+ year of experience in constructionKnowledge of building codesCandidates MUST HAVE AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE- you will do an AUTOCAD TESTAbility to communicate in a clear, timely and accurate mannerInterior Designer OR Architectural Designer creating the concepts/blueprints for renovations and ground up projectsAbility to know how high to hang a cabinet- etcDetail orientated and willing to see tasks, particularly drawing coordination, through to completionBe an independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time and with a high level of attention to detailCompensation:
