As the

Art Director , you will bring your expertise in creating concepts, and developing and executing direct-response campaigns for the amazing nonprofits that we support. You are passionate about marrying great, mission-driven ideas with effective nonprofit and direct best practices and mentoring to grow talent in Creative.

Your Impact:

Create concepts that generate a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation.Collaborate with creative directors and other agency partners to conceptualize and develop and execute fully integrated direct-response campaigns, with a strong print focus (direct mail, email, newsletters, digital display, social).Develop and present creative recommendations.Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members.Manage client style guide and standards.Identify and elevate opportunities for improvement of creative art direction.Mentor and support junior designers.Your Profile:

5-8 years' in-house or agency experience as a Designer/Art Director.At least 3 years' experience directing and mentoring junior team members.Bachelor's degree.Creative vision with direct response print experience and a conceptual innovator who develops and oversees campaign design across channels.Thrive under pressure, be outgoing and amiable, and work across teams and departments in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.Proven presentation skills and experience in both deck development and pitch presentations that sell our creative strategy.Must be proficient in Adobe Creative suite.Digital design experience is preferred.How We'll Support you:
