IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for a Proposals Writer to support IXL's proposals development strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales and curriculum teams to develop winning proposals that effectively communicate IXL's product value and foster strong district partnerships. #LI-TM1

This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office.

Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to understand requirementsWork with the Proposals Manager to develop response strategyDevelop draft outline of response approach for each proposal sectionCollaborate with sales, curriculum, product, contracts, security, and other teams to gather information and language needed for responsesDevelop compliant and compelling proposals for IXL and our family of brands, tailoring existing content and developing new content based on subject matter expert (SME) input to convey win themesEnsure high-quality, error-free, and professional proposal documentsWork with the Proposals team to assemble fully responsive proposal packages for on-time submissionMaintain and update proposal content librarySupport catalog bids and other proposal tasks as neededProvide copywriting support to sales teams as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBA/BS degree3-5 years of experience as a proposal writer, grant writer, or copy writerExcellent English writing and grammar skillsAbility to develop prose from bullet point inputs and conversationsDeadline driven with ability to multitask and meet fast turnaround timesExceptionally detail-oriented, with a focus on quality, clarity, and consistencyExperience with Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe AcrobatExperience with K-12 education field a plusABOUT IXL LEARNING
