Leading entertainment company is looking for a Designer of Performance Media with a strong and proven background in performance design.

Contract Length : 4 months, 40 hours/wkRemote (but NYC or LA preferred)Rate: $35-$45/hr, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience designing for performance media or growth marketing-driven teams (in-house or studio/agency); link to online portfolio of work that showcases your unbridled design passion required.• A social-first, performance-centric design background, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in effective, breakthrough design, typography, layout, form, motion design and composition. (static and AV).• Thorough understanding of testing structures, data metrics, target audiences, channel specific placements, and social best practices.• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without risking quality and maintaining attention to detail.• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and learn.• Able to implement brand guidelines but flex design rules when needed while providing reasoning behind design decisions.• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.• Experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative designer with deep experience and understanding of performance media and growth marketing best practices. This is a unique opportunity to flex right brain/left brain, combining strategic thinking with best-in-class, breakthrough, brand-defining creative (for static and AV) across all social platforms. As a designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with a team of static + motion designers (both internally + externally), writers, producers and project managers to develop effective, performance-driven design systems and quick-turn creative that will engage consumers across multiple simultaneous campaigns. Together, you'll use data and insights to guide creative designs and work, experimenting, testing and learning with each campaign.
