We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.The Senior Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for devising and implementing a multi-channel digital strategy to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role includes analyzing customer needs, developing compelling campaigns, enhancing the Martech stack, and introducing new tools and processes. Data-driven decision-making and continuous evaluation of digital efforts are key to maximizing impact.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Strategic Marketing - 75%

Own and manage digital marketing strategy and roadmap, driving all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.Develop both the short- and long-term digital strategy and roadmap for the company, highlighting how we can transform both our digital marketing and conversion capabilities from the top to the bottom of the funnelStay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports, and social activity to deliver provocative solution marketing campaigns.Provide strategic oversight and direction to marketing for digital campaign approach and development to ensure campaigns are executed to maximum potential to improve sales and lead generationProvide thought leadership and best practices in digital marketingDefine and measure digital marketing KPIs to measure performance across digital channels relative to our competitorsLead and scale multi-channel digital campaignsOwn and manage SMS strategy; oversee social media and SEO strategyWork closely with different teams, including content marketing, field marketing, CX, UI, and SEO to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channelsProvide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presenceTeam Management - 25%
