The AREXVY Global team is looking for a Global Marketing Director to enhance our HCP workstream and lead the following: disease education strategy; external expert engagement; peer-to-peer; and Commercial congress and advisory activities.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Develop and partner with key LOCs to inform development of strategies and deliverables.Ensure maximum utilization of the globally created peer-to-peer programs and assets (speaker decks, Meet-the-Experts videos, BoD infographics, CoI communications platform)Oversee the approval process managed by GMM for workstream deliverables and own the management monitoring processLeverage observations and outputs from market research, program surveys to support relevance of activities and communicationsFacilitate best practice sharing among the markets; leverage learnings from across the enterprise to maximize effectiveness of professional activitiesLiaise with other relevant therapeutic areas to collaboratively deliver OneGSK, customer-centric educational materialsWork in partnership with Digital Lead to fuel the Data Driven Customer Experience (DDCX) by leveraging professional tactics and mapping them to the HCP journeyLead the 2025 Commercial congress activities and serve as HCP workstream point for 2026 congress strategyAssess potential risks for the performance and trust objectives and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place.Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business Life science or marketing

Minimum of 10 years of experience of business or commercial experience in a life sciences, healthcare or closely related industry. Prior launch and/or global marketing experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience with developing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face. Experience with management of agencies.Travel Required: 10-15% international.Preferred

QualificationsAdvanced degree is preferredStrong track record in commercial and marketing & execution in-country; voice of customer from any Field sales experience is a plus.Marketing experience - Proven track record in managing / launching a brand in market; leadership of Commercial initiatives through matrix management will also be consideredUnderstand differences in country / regional environments (health care system, political situations etc)Strong communication (written, presentation) and well-developed influencing and negotiating skills are critical for this role.
