Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.The AWS Global Campaigns team is seeking a dynamic, innovative Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in extending and tailoring global marketing programs worldwide. This role is pivotal in better adapting to local customer needs and significantly achieving integrated marketing goals across international markets.The ideal candidate will spearhead the extension of high-impact marketing initiatives beyond North America, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to ensure resonance and effectiveness.You'll have the opportunity to develop global-to-local playbooks, customize content for regional audiences, and drive the success of major AWS events and campaigns across diverse international markets.Key job responsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing strategies to amplify marketing moments outside North America.Collaborating closely with regional field marketing teams to customize global programs.Creating compelling regional activities, content localizations, and program additions.Crafting playbooks for regional activation of major global events like re:Invent.Customizing content including customer stories, webinars, and whitepapers for local markets.Activating programs across AWS events, industry events, and worldwide prospecting days.About The TeamAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.Basic Qualifications7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionExperience leading global campaigns and or events for technology productsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.Preferred QualificationsExperience in cloud computing or enterprise technology marketingFamiliarity with AWS services and solutionsKnowledge of marketing practices across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and/or China.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsExperience communicating results to senior leadershipProficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsBackground in event marketing or managementExperience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategiesUnderstanding of digital marketing channels and best practicesExperience in content creation or management for diverse audiencesFamiliarity with agile marketing methodologiesExperience in marketing measurement and attribution models.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
