The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Bruker Cellular Analysis online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with expertise in current marketing tools, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position is an individual contributor role.Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketing leaders on campaign strategy and program development. Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver creative assets on time.Oversee Bruker Cellular Analysis website management and strategies. Ensure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies. Create content for email marketing and utilize HubSpot marketing automation software to execute email marketing campaigns for targeted segments.Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Google Ads, managing performance to maximize ROI. Develop and implement social media strategies for organic and paid campaigns. Create content that engages and grows our social media audience.Create new digital and graphical content targeted to relevant customer segment. Perform light design work using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other related programs. Work with external partners to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.Plan and coordinate Bruker Cellular Analysis's presence at scientific conferences, including program development, marketing, promotions, booth setup logistics, marketing collateral availability, and on-site management.Measure and report the performance of the website and all digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improving our website and digital effectiveness.Qualifications

Ability to work with a sense of urgency, advance multiple initiatives in parallel, meet deadlines, and thrive in a high-performance culture.Master's degree in business, communications, or a life sciences-related field with 5 years of experience in digital marketing communications in the biotechnology/life sciences industry.Extensive website development experience, including knowledge of best practices for web design, user experience, and content management systems.Hands-on experience and knowledge of best practices with email marketing, social media platforms, and Google Ads.Proven ability to create professional digital content with creative/graphic design expertise.Comfortable working with HubSpot, including Salesforce and marketing automation.Must be willing to travel up to 25%.At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $101,649 and $180,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
