Position Overview:
Boncom is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Web Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our clients, driving their online success through strategic planning, innovative thinking, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive web strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and resonate with their target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive web strategies for clients, including website development, content strategy, SEO, and conversion optimization.Perform in-depth research to understand client objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics, and turn these insights into practical strategies.Work with creative teams to develop engaging, user-focused web designs and content that enhance brand engagement and conversions.Lead SEO efforts, such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building, to boost organic search rankings and traffic.Use web analytics tools to monitor performance, assess key metrics, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.Stay updated on the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and user experience, integrating new insights into strategies.Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and promoting a learning-oriented team environment.Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective web strategies.Deep understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and web development processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) to gather and interpret data insights.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, able to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.Benefits:
