Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.What you'll be doing:
This is a full-time position responsiblie for our social media platforms, websites and other digital marketing executions. Duties include things like: curating organic content (both print and digital), managing our social media platforms, supporting our rewards program, generating an employee e-newsletter, and promoting events and community/customer involvement and engagement. This individual will work closely with our Marketing and Management teams on a variety of projects.
This position requires flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. We are seeking an independent, self-starter that can manage their own schedule in accordance with our needs.
Your schedule may fluctuate and partial remote work is available. We need someone to be at the brewery occasionally to see all the great things we're doing, capture images/content, collaborate with various departments, etc.
We expect this individual to be energetic, organized, creative and driven. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service to our patrons - provide the ultimate guest experience! Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, self-motivation, customer-focused attitude, flexibility, and be willing to learn.What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or related field
Thorough and proven understanding of social media platforms and data analytics (certification preferred)
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) and content management systems
Graphic design, video production/editing, and photography are all desired skills
Soft Skills: highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, creative
What you'll get:
Starting salary is $22 - $28.00 per hour based on experience, education, interview, etc.
