Sales and Marketing Associate

Squire Boone Village is a locally-owned wholesale supplier and manufacturer to the souvenir and confectionary industries. We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to help us grow our business within two key specific market channels. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. We're looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and has a proven track record in sales and marketing. If you're looking for an opportunity to join a growing company and make a difference, we want to hear from you.Sales And Marketing Associate Duties:Assist sales and marketing department in all aspects of salesDevelop and maintain relationships with sales leads, via phone, email, social media or other contact methods, in order to generate salesTravel cross country several times a year to work our booths at wholesale trade shows including setting up, manning and packing up, sometimes being out of town a week at a time.Assist with sales to clients for new and existing promotionsAssist with maintaining current client basePerform administrative duties such as filing, sending letters, eblasts and mailings.Sales And Marketing Associate Responsibilities:Facilitate company sales with accurate customer services; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goalsCreate sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customersMaintain sales databases to track progress against quotas and to forecast sales accuratelyDevelop and implement marketing campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow salesCreate, edit, and post company listings on social media sitesDevelop financial models and forecasts to analyze product profitabilityCreate and maintain content for company websites, blogs, and social mediaPerform other duties as assignedRequirements And Skills:Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position for 2+ yearsHigh school degreeAssociate's degree or relevant certification is a plusWorking knowledge of Excel and Adobe SuiteStrong negotiation skillsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environmentCompensation negotiable based on experience and education.Benefit Package to include 6 paid holidays, paid vacation 1 week after one year, 2 weeks after 3 years, increasing paid personal time with tenure, health, dental, vision and life insurance.
