This role will focus on clients within the Arts & Entertainment, Athletics Ticket Sales, Financial Services, Higher Education, & Public Media space.

SUMMARY

The primary role of the Business Operations Associate is to support organizational growth by working with cross-department to ensure accuracy and alignment. The Business Operations Associate is responsible for executing business processes that support essential functions of the organization, ensures client deliverables, achieve organizational standards, and help solve operational issues.

Team

Coordinate with various departments and contribute to strategies of business operation projectsLearn and practice cross-functional communication with sales, client solutions, media activation, finance, product teams, and 3rd party vendorsProactively problem-solve and resourcefully seek the best solution to challenges facedOperations

Provide administrative support for business platforms (i.e. Slack, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, etc.)Proactively problem-solve with oversight from the manager and escalate issues as appropriateDemonstrate understanding of process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time, and accuratelyGenerate performance reports with an understanding of organizational-specific KPIsAnalyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to support desired campaign outcomesLearn and support client services teams to maintain all client-related documentation associated with each project (IOs, SOWs, POs, etc.)Support busines operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards, performing regular quality checks on various platforms and processesAssist financial reporting by ensuring data cleanlinessQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent2+ years of experience (postgraduate or internship experience) in marketing, advertising, or related fieldThe desire and ability to learn how about media data sources and dynamics of media: how each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsProficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of principles of advertising, marketing, and media preferredPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $43,680.00 to $63,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
