Job Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager for the Revenue department, you will engage with the product team sales teams to create a marketing strategy, marketing plans and create the key messages for sales and marketing materials to support those plans. You will also develop the strategy for engaging with Inovatec partners and create plans for the Client Success Managers (CSMs) and salespeople to engage with clients to encourage adoption of new partner integrations and increase revenue from partners and Inovatec’s existing clients related to partnerships.

You will be responsible for creating reports, structuring the activities, and creating & refining key processes for the Sales and Client Success teams. You will help facilitate back-of-house activities to support Sales and Client Success activities, but are not expected to take the lead in any client-facing role. Similarly, you will engage with marketing and PR agencies to create the actual customer- and client-facing materials for conferences, campaigns and our website. Your guidance will help drive efficiency within the CSM and sales teams, which will support their activities to acquire and support our clients.

In this role, you will work independently, with limited supervision, and play a key role in setting the strategy for an important component of Inovatec’s growth.

Support CSMs and Salespeople in helping clients engage with Inovatec partners.Work with Sales & CSMs them to understand the processes and requirements to activate partnerships with clients.Engage with partners to develop sales materialsProduct

Create and maintain a library of key product features and benefitsConduct competitive market scans and SWOT analyses of key competitorsDevelop sell sheets, web pages, and battle cards (i.e., competitive comparisons of key features between Inovatec and key competitorsFinancial Management:

Develop and maintain processes for activating partners for clientsTrack and maintain an accurate record of Inovatec’s partner integrationsTrack and maintain an accurate record of client use of partner integration, data and servicesCreate a strategy for increasing revenue from partners and clientsProvide financial reports to the Leadership Team as requiredSkills and Requirements
