inclusive of big ideas, TV/video production experience and exceptional taste in design.Degree in advertising, graphic design and/or art direction preferred, but not mandatory. Bonus points for a certificate in art direction or design from a portfolio or art school.Embody the highest standard of excellence in graphic design and art direction; Must have relevant, trend-forward and tasteful design styles and aesthetics.Must have multichannel creative experience, including TV/video, print, OOH, digital, social and web. Ability to concept and/or shape teams' concepts to be deployed across any channel.Must be proactive, self-motivated, and possess an unwavering work ethic.Impeccable attention to detail and ability to oversee a large volume of post-concept campaign deliverables and versions.Ability to prioritize and manage workloads (yours and your direct reports) and adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to foster trusting, collaborative relationships with internal cross-discipline teams (Strategy, Performance Marketing, Email/Web Developers, etc.).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong, persuasive presentation chops.Must be driven to grow as a creative leader and constantly push your design and art direction skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are musts) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). Bonus points for Figma, After Effects, and/or Canva experience.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day creative team's output for 18+ Home Services brands.Manage, inspire, and motivate team designers, writers and video editor(s).Generate original ideas and set the bar on impeccable, tasteful design and art direction; Push teams to break home services category and graphic design molds, and shatter conventional thinking.Serve as a main creative contact for the internal brand team and CMO.Collaborate and work closely with strategy and performance marketing peers to ensure that the Creative Brief sets up the creative team for success.Strong presentation skills and strategic storytelling capabilities, and the ability to tie business and creative strategy tightly to creative in order to sell in the best creative solutions to the CMO/ELT.Maintain quality control through all phases of execution & production.Creative direct TV and video content, from concept through completion.Think proactively about the business and new, fresh ways to move it forward through creative; Partner with VP, Creative Marketing to launch new initiatives and processes.Lead and participate in creative brainstorms with cross-functional teams and the Agency of Record.Understand the nuances of each of our brands' businesses and be a knowledgeable resource for other cross-discipline team members.Jump in as needed on concepting, art direction, design and internal comms needs; Help VP, Creative Marketing own the development of high profile creative/campaigns, proactive opportunities, ELT needs and deck inputs, case studies, award entries, etc.Why Us?Competitive, equitable salaries
