National Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a National Marketing Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week.SummaryThe Marketing Assistant will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow-ups, answering buyers questions, attending meetings and taking notes/reporting back on notes, coordinating photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team, and this is not a behind-the-desk job. They should be well spoken and organized.Day to DayHelp coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categoriesCoordinate and implement marketing request forms, coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basisCompile and manage project timelines and task listsProofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracyMay perform other duties as assignedMust HavesMinimum 2 years of Marketing experienceBachelor's degree, prefer 1-3 years' work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environmentAny suitable combination of education and experience will be consideredDemonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skillsOutstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlinesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partnersAbility to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network.Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and WordPlusesExperience with AsanaExperience in TableauAny Campaign Marketing experienceAdobe experiencePay Rate- $32.14- $34.48/hour
