In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our go-to-market strategies and serve as the resident expert on our market landscape, target customers, products, and competitors. Your key responsibilities will include driving new business growth while retaining existing client relationships through a deep understanding of our ideal customers and competitive positioning.

You will develop compelling messaging and create impactful collateral that empowers our marketing, sales, and customer experience teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with our product team to conduct essential market research and manage the execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches. What you'll do:- Lead product marketing efforts: Help define product positioning, develop ideal customer profiles, create customer success stories and other product collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives, and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.- Ideal Customer Profiles: Define and maintain a deep understanding of our Buyer Personas.- Product Messaging & Packaging: Serve as a subject matter expert on our product valueproposition and development on product packaging and positioning.- Product Collateral & Training: Create and deliver content and training materials such as pitch decks and product overview handouts to support progression along the buyer's journey.- Product Releases: Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, including messaging, training, and promotion.- Customer Success Stories: Work with our customers to identify and create case studies and customer success stories.- Competitive Landscape: Research the market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities, develop effective product positioning strategy and create battle cards.

What you'll need:- 3+ years in product marketing role (ideally in a SaaS or high-tech industry) following the Pragmatic Marketing or PMA Frameworks in growing adoption and driving revenue- Ability to handle tight timelines and deliverables- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong story teller- Ability to translate research and specs into compelling messaging and collateral pieces- Takes an agile approach to project management and execution - faster, iterative cycles- Results-driven and has the ability to prioritize- Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines utilizing strong time management skills- Be a self-starter, autonomous and can drive a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome- Proven track record of supporting a revenue team with collateral and training materials- Ability to write and build materials- Highly productive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deliver on-time

Preferred Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience- Experience in B2B MarTech industries or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
