The Private Label Marketing Strategy team is dedicated to supporting our captive finance partners to drive acquisition and customer loyalty of vehicle purchases and financing. As the Managing Director of Chase Auto Private Label Marketing Strategy, you will lead a team of strategists in marketing plan development, branding, product or offer positioning, and marketing launches. Marketing initiatives under the leadership of this position span the entire lifecycle of loans and leasing - from partner brand activation, acquisition, servicing, loyalty campaigns, programs and events, creating exceptional client and customer experiences.

This role requires strong stakeholder partnership across each private label partner, all levels of Chase Auto Private Label Captive Finance, and throughout JP Morgan Chase. The role will partner with Private Label General Managers to work across multiple lines of business to identify and develop opportunities to deepen our partner relationships by leveraging the unique assets and capabilities available across the firm, including Chase Offers, Travel, Dining, Sapphire Lounge, Private Banking, Consumer Banking, and external strategic partnerships. Collaboration with Finance, Data and Analytics and other Marketing teams are key to ensure effective execution of strategies, ROI determination and ongoing insight to action for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead a team of private label marketing strategists, partnering closely with General Managers and other key partners across each private label brandLeverage firmwide relationships with Private Label General Managers and other key internal stakeholders to deliver the power of JP Morgan Chase to clients to deepen share of sales and attached financing with Chase AutoProvides depth of thought leadership in how to serve the client using owned, paid and earned medial assetsCollaborate with Loyalty team to develop customer loyalty campaigns and initiativesCoordinate and lead a regular cadence of marketing updates for senior executives, both internally and externallyDevelop and maintain business cases, marketing budget and routine analysis on ROICreate and maintain annual marketing plans, both strategic and tacticalBuild a test/learn agenda to optimize customer messaging / touch / channel / targetingLead broader supporting marketing teams to deliver solutions to partners, and to communicate and execute on a marketing visionEnsure exceptional execution and cycle times with speed to market to meet market demandQualifications

10+ years of leadership with significant experience in marketing across various platformsDemonstrative experience in development of digital and social media strategies for businessDemonstrated people leadership and coaching capabilitySeasoned partnership and/or co-brand marketer and relationship managerStrong proficiency with executive-level presentation materials and briefings, and the ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communicationsProven experience leading cross-functional teams in creating and driving delivery with a major focus on attention to detail and passion for flawless executionExceptional relationship development skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team membersCreativity and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvementSense of urgency with disposition to executeExceptional written, presentation and verbal communication skillsStrong executive presenceAbility to rally and inspire a team around a common vision and drive resultsPreferred Qualifications:
