Working closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing, this role will be pivotal in supporting the Product Marketing team's core functions and goals as a high performing organization.The ideal candidate has a passion for finding problems to solve and connecting customers with solutions, using data-driven approaches to understand customer needs and pain points to craft winning value propositions. This role is designed to provide exposure to a wide range of challenges, opportunities, and aspects of the product marketing function enabling career growth and development.As a member of our growing Product Marketing team, the Associate Product Marketing Manager will report to the Product Marketing Director and support the broader product marketing team with ownership of cross-team initiatives such as:Market insights - keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights on how they may impact the business, as well as maintaining competitive landscape and threat analysis database across our solutions.Monthly release communications - working across the team to publish monthly release notes and associated communications, driving cross-functional alignment and customer awareness, education, and engagement with our products.Sales Enablement - manage and maintain product marketing and enablement assets, own process for the development of new assets as needs arise.The Associate Product Marketing Manager will also have many growth opportunities to take on increasing responsibility by collaborating with Product Marketing team members on:The Associate Product Marketing Manager will also have many growth opportunities to take on increasing responsibility by collaborating with Product Marketing team members on:Defining key messaging and market segments, ICPs, and key elements of differentiation for our solutions, informed by market and customer data.Designing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing productsParticipating with product marketing team members on Sales, Product calls, trainings, and various initiatives to collect actionable insights.Providing support to the Marketing team by contributing to content creation for collateral, blogs, social media, industry events, and other assets, and in the development of campaigns to meet revenue objectives.Providing support to the Sales team through insights, and the development of internal and external sales tools (e.g. sales playbooks, sell sheets, battlecards, pitch decks, etc.) that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions that customers and prospects can relate to.Requirements1-3 years' experience in market research, marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing roles preferably in B2B solutions, SaaS, finance and accounting solutions, or data security solutionsAbility to understand complex solutions and position functionality in value-driven terms that resonate with ideal customers.Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively educate and enable internal and external audiences using a variety of mediums both in-person and virtuallyOrganized and detail-oriented with ability to drive multiple concurrent projects forward across a growing team in a dynamic environment.Proficient in conducting market and competitive research and ability to interpret trends and data into actionable insights that inform product development and marketing campaignsHighly collaborative and adaptable, with a readiness to engage in cross-functional teamwork spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Success.Curious with a genuine interest in finding solutions that are customer focused.Creative with a passion for crafting impactful content that effectively conveys the value of our solutions for firms and small businesses.Proactive and entrepreneurial; comfortable taking initiative and contributing to our team's broader efforts and impact to the business.Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or relevant work experience.BenefitsTo provide best-in-class solutions, we need a best-in-class team.
