Director of Marketing, Real Estate

KEY RESPONSIBILITESResponsible for creating and managing all content for all marketing platforms such as , Zillow etc .Ensuring all ILSs are sourced correctly.Lead monthly marketing calls with properties to ensure all units are being leased.Monthly and Quarterly reviews on marketing strategies at the property level.Ensure all Google Reviews are appropriately responded to and resolved.Create and oversee all Facebook and other social media accounts for the properties.Monthly meetings with Yardi Rent Cafe.Enhancing and being on top of SEO.Monthly goals are set and are tied to an uncapped bonus structure.Assist team with determining the market comps and Rental increases.Responsible for demographic analysis to enhance the propertiesKEY ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCE5 plus years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a residential developer or owner/operator of B class garden style or mid-rise rise apartments located in the SoutheastSelf-starter, able to work independently and with senior management to develop and build appropriate strategies for an asset. Be able to implement those strategies without the need for frequent direction.Prior experience with positions that are very outward facingStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Superior oral and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
