The Director of Visual Merchandising is responsible for articulating and executing creative vision, visual window concepts and installations, mannequin looks and overall aesthetic for the FRAME free-standing stores, department stores, shop in shops/concessions and showrooms globally in alignment with the brand's strategic goals. This role will help to drive business by partnering with cross functional teams to develop and implement VM programs and guidelines that are consistent with brand aesthetic. This role will report directly to the CRO, Retail.Responsibilities:Partner with the Creative Director, Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Director of Brand Marketing to define visual merchandising strategies to support new product launches, new store openings, window installations and overall brand aestheticWork directly with the VP of Retail Stores, Director of Buying and other senior management to create, develop, set, and execute VM standards and brand directionWork cross-functionally with Creative Services, Operations and Logistics and Ecom to ensure company guidelines are adhered toEnsure VM budgets are effectively planned, forecasted, and managedDevelop weekly store rotation schedule-based product delivery, seasonal client traffic patterns and promotional salesHold local field team accountable for their budgetsWork directly with the Head of Store Development and VP of Retail Stores to perfect in-store displays and ensure new stores and shop-in shops/concessions are properly outfitted with furniture and fixturingLead the field visual merchandising team by supporting them with local directives, mannequin looks and lightbox updatesCreate SKU capacity plans for all new stores or existing store renovations with the partnership of the VP of Retail Stores, Buying and Planning teamSkills & Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of management level Visual Merchandising experienceDemonstrates strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrates strong leadership skills and has managed a team of 2 or more individualsAbility to travelAbility to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesTakes initiative to seek opportunities outside of the job scope to assist department or cross-functional teamDemonstrates the ability to embrace change and adjusts to new or altered processesAbility to take direction, multi-task and manage prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point), Photo shop, Excel
