As the Director of Marketing, this person will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and play an integral role on the new Aesthetic Injectable drug's Launch Task Force.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Brand Positioning: Develop and implement a clear branding strategy that emphasizes the injectable's unique benefits and differentiators from competitors.Targeted Marketing Initiatives: Craft marketing strategies that effectively resonate with targeted audience segments, enhancing the product's market presence and consumer appeal.KOL and Advocate Engagement: Establish and maintain robust partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and Product Advocates to enhance product credibility and market reach.Strategic Collaborations: Lead and strengthen corporate collaborations with strategic partners, including national accounts and technology providers like EMRs, to enhance market impact.Logistical Coordination: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting and efficient product distribution.Scientific Advisory Board Management: Launch and manage a Scientific Advisory Board to bolster the drug's market entry and ensure ongoing innovation and advocacy.Feedback Integration: Implement mechanisms to capture and analyze feedback from healthcare providers and consumers, utilizing insights to drive improvements and adapt strategies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and oversee the preparation of regular compliance and performance reports.Qualifications:Strong background in aesthetic marketing with extensive brand launch experience in the Aesthetic Industry Vertical.Demonstrated ability to manage strategic partnerships and collaborations effectively.Proficient in designing and executing market entry strategies and driving product adoption.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to travel as needed to support business requirements and field activities.Compensation:Base Salary:
