Job descriptionDirector of MarketingJoin the fastest-growing new home builder in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren Counties. As the Director of Marketing with Houston Homes, LLC, you will help resolve business challenges and maximize all opportunities through effective graphic design, production, and creative development. The successful candidate appreciates real estate and new home construction and will work to ensure that all company and community marketing and brand communications are consistently designed, produced, and presented in a professional, compelling, brand-compliant manner.Job Requirements:New Home Construction experience required.Remain steady-focused while managing multiple shifting priorities to accomplish your goals.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.Graphic design, production, packaging, and fulfillment of marketing materials including but not limited to marketing platforms, maps, signage, social media & website graphics, promotional materials, brand brochures and collateral, company presentations, email, elevation renderings, apparel, etc. Effective copywriting and accurate proofreading are essential.
