The Motion Designer at Crispin uses their craft to elevate our work with elegant and well-timed animation and video assets for social media and beyond.ResponsibilitiesAnimate and edit assets for social media, banner ads, video, UI elements and UX prototypes.Pair music with 2D animation and video to create a variety of assets across social media, video, and everything in between.Concept and design in motion to bring your ideas to life.Thrive with feedback and seek collaboration to push our work and thinking to the next level.Present work with passion and clarity, while guiding our clients to provide focused feedback by emphasizing the decision you made based on the brief in your narrative.Stay curious and continue to elevate and evolve your skills to stay ahead in our industry.Work on projects from concept to completion.Work efficiently, do great work, and be great to work with.3D skills are a plus, but not required.QualificationsAble to work in office at least 3 days a week.5+ years of Motion Design experience.Have an opinion on the shape of motion design and ability to execute with limited input from those around you.Know how design and creativity fit into web, mobile-web, mobile-apps, 3D and animation.Ability to solve end to end visual problems and design systems.Proficiency in Adobe CC, with expert knowledge of After Effects, Premier.Strong online portfolio showing a range of work across different aspects of 2D motion design.Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.Have a fine-tuned aesthetic.Adaptable and open to feedback.Compensation Range: $70,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
