You will steer our social media strategy, working in sync with our Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Business Development teams. Your main goal will be to amplify our online presence and showcase the impactful work we do. You will create compelling content that embodies our core values and highlights MWH's exciting job opportunities. By tapping into the latest trends and upholding high standards, you will boost our brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone eager to take charge of our social accounts, lead innovative campaigns, and significantly expand our digital reach through sharing our engaging stories with others. Essential Functions Work with Marketing, Proposal, Business Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement social media strategies and enhance MWH's brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. Develop campaigns that support recruiting efforts by highlighting our projects, company culture, employee stories, and advertising open positions to help showcase MWH as an employer of choice in the industry. Write, edit, and create content that is consistent in brand messaging, adheres to MWH's brand guidelines, and is in line with other marketing and business development initiatives. Own the MWH social accounts and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely effective communication of key messages. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support the Marketing and Proposal team on additional tasks as needed. Basic Qualifications Proven experience growing social media accounts, especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Excellent writing and video editing skills. Mindfulness of the public relations implications of content. Entreprenurial, creative mindset, and highly organized. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. AS or BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training. Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs. Must submit a resume and portfolio or work samples to be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Talent Acquisition or career-related social media content. Knowledge of the construction industry. Graphic design experience. Employee Referral Program Compensation The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000/yr. depending on experience.
