Job Summary:

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented marketing organization, responsible for driving winning Go-To-Market strategies, enabling our front-line teams with effective coaching, content, and tools, and partnering with our Product Management organization to drive the long-term agenda for our solutions and brand. This role will be responsible for growing our critical Permitting & Licensing suite in partnership with the great Go-To-Market organization.

Responsibilities:Generate go-to-market messaging and positioning to inform content and GTM strategyDefine market size, segments, and target audience for your productsResearch public sector market dynamics, including pains, priorities, news, legislation, and customersDocument persona and buying office behaviors to inform GTM teams and campaignsGenerate company slide decks, product and process one-pagers, field enablement materials, e-books, training and other marketing videos, among other key content.Research and inform on competitive trends that can aid company strategy, positioning, lead generation, sales guidance, and roadmapWork with a cross-functional team to generate and execute internal and external launch plans for new features, products, and offersDevelop pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional teams, generate and update internal/external documentation with Field Operations and Business Development teamsRequirements and Preferred Experience:

5 years of successful experience marketing technology with documented results in a fast-paced environmentProven marketing experience in SaaS B2B, government, finance, or accounting software is idealPassionate about marketing mission-driven technology to the public sector marketSelf-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct, and strong ability to execute on multiple priorities at onceAbility to remain focused and flexible during rapid change and competing prioritiesDocumented ability to produce high-quality content at scale; ability to share high-quality content/deliverables created in prior rolesCapable of conducting sound market research and synthesizing into practical insights for use in company, product, and marketing strategiesAbility to hold financial, initiative-based, and budget related conversations with government executives and other market stakeholdersAcute self-awareness and desire to grow within an organization, personally and professionallyMinimum of BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related fieldExcellent references (recent and relevant) from both former clients and employers

$115,000 - $150,000 a year

Other Compensation: Bonus eligible

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
