Opportunity at a Glance

The Sr. Specialist will be part of the paid media team that oversees all marketing campaigns for one of our institutions. The team ensures strong return on investment from advertising budgets across online and offline channels (TV, CTV, paid search, paid social, display, online video, streaming audio and radio). As part of Adtalem's Marketing team, you will help execute the digital strategy to generate inquiries and support the inquiry-to-enrollment process. In this role, you will execute new and innovative ways to reach a high-quality audience, deliver a superior digital experience and drive revenue for the overall business.

ResponsibilitiesOverall

Work with team to develop, implement and measure media strategy to support and deliver against Adtalem business objectivesCollaborate with agency partners on the development and optimization of paid media plans that will increase traffic, leads/inquiries, new students, and revenueWork with Analytics team to use data-driven insights and analytics to inform strategic decision making and maximize ROI across paid media channelsWork with internal and agency team responsible for day-to-day execution of media projects across Adtalem's online and offline media activities, ensuring timely coordination between brand, creative and operationsImprove processes and ensure paid media best practices are implementedHelp to optimize media channels through the use of attribution, segmentation, and custom studies

Specific tasks

Proactively provide periodic analysis on paid media campaignsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to manage paid media projects from start to finishManage execution of creatives in market with agencies including ensuring that creatives match brand guidelines, pass Legal approval and Platform guidelines (e.g., Google & Meta)Work with agency, brand, and web teams to ensure that landing pages on websites are coordinated with paid media creativesGenerate, build, or automate reports as necessary for teamsPeriodic maintenance, review and updating of all assets and materialsWork with Agencies and Finance to track spending against budgets and ensure that appropriate accruals / go forward spending plans are madeComplete other tasks as new opportunities arisePerform day to day optimization efforts to meet marketing objectives, including but not limited to - keyword expansion, efforts, ad copy creation & testing, landing page design & testing, audience expansionPerform competitive research and stay up to date on latest media trendsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsCompletes other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree required.5+ years' experience in marketing, paid media preferred - campaign development/optimization/management with the use of leading platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.Proficiency with MS Office skills essential including Outlook; must be extremely proficient in use of PowerPoint.Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects along with excellent oral and written communications skills.Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBi experience a plusStrong project management and communication skills.Knowledge of offline and digital media.Innovative thinker, collaborative team player and skilled communicator.Ability to convey complex subjects to stakeholders in an understandable way.Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520 and $93,918. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
