Job DescriptionCoordinates all marketing activities for the property in line with company guidelines.Assists GM in preparing the marketing component of the annual operating budget.Ensure all local marketing activities are consistent with corporate guidelines and standards.Recommends marketing activities to GM and corporate marketing department.Ensure all facility, marketing and promotional materials are discrimination free and in line with the company's Diversity and Community Relations Policy.Prepare necessary purchasing requests to ensure appropriate supply inventory.Monthly report to corporate marketing department of all relevant activities with detailed cost/benefit analysis.Maintain local database consistent with company policy.Monitor all local social media for comments about the facility and prepare a response.Recommend advertising for local media (including social media) to GM and corporate marketing department.Plan, prepare and execute all facility marketing initiatives such as prize draws, giveaways and other property events.Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and SkillsBachelor's Degree required. At least 1 year of experience in marketing.Must have excellent analytical skills and a high degree of creativity. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, and strong communication skills.Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
