Job Purpose

Regional Marketing is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of Acura and Honda’s digital marketing strategy in partnership with a dealer body of over 1300+ dealerships. The Marketing Sr. Specialist II will help manage key aspects of Acura and Honda’s enterprise approach to tier 3 digital marketing, integrate online retailing, implement targeted email marketing programs, and drive the development of Acura and Honda’s digital analytics strategy and KPI oversight. The main programs that the Marketing Sr. Specialist II will oversee are the Acura Dealer Digital Program (ADDP) and Honda Digital Solutions (HDS) which contribute directly to sales.

Key Accountabilities

A.D.D.P. – Oversight and day to day liaison for Acura Dealer Digital Program with digital agencies, field consultants and providers, dealers, field, and internal marketing stakeholders. Job focuses on project implementation, advertising measurement, reporting, and customer service.H.D.S. – Oversight and day to day liaison for Honda Digital Solutions with digital agencies, field consultants and providers, dealers, field, and internal marketing stakeholders. – working with internal & external digital teams, and 3rd party partners to coordinate the evolution of AHMs lead distribution and overall supervision.Emails – Drive strategy and implementation of retail-focused email deployments that include special offers with a focus on driving lower funnel engagement.Online Retailing – Integrate best practices, reporting, data, and process around the continual evolution of online retailing. Working with agencies, providers, and dealers on utilization of AHM supported digital program tools.Misc. business administration – Develop PDCA, purchase orders, executive summaries, and project related business planning documents.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related degree6-10 years of digital marketing experience; websites, social media, digital advertising and retail marketing operations. Automotive industry a plus.Knowledge of digital marketing is criticalAbility to oversee projects and partner with marketing agencies and providers; provide constructive feedback and drive work forward with them to deliver a high-quality product/programStrategic thinking to maximize program effectiveness and budgetsSelf-starter and takes initiative to move projects forwardExcellent Teamwork and networking skillsExperience working with advertising agencies and advertising vendorsExperience working with incentives and offersAbility to interface with all levels of management and senior executivesExcellent communication, written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skillsEffective management of multiple projects, and requestsStrong analytic skills to develop and evaluate program metricsComprehensive understanding of current industry trends and technologies, and how to effectively incorporate those trends/tools into projects.Must be tech savvy (PC proficiency is a must, but also a strong aptitude for learning and using computer programs.)MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required)Strong understanding of consumer data management and ability to use data management tools
