Inspired by the beauty of old-world gardens and vine-covered houses, the estate was established with the vision of creating a romantic, functional space for special events.
The owner of this villa is looking to hire their first Event Sales and Marketing manager who will manage and execute events that will take place on the estate.
THE JOB:
As the Event Sales and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the owner to develop and execute a comprehensive plan for events hosted at the villa. Your responsibilities will include:Managing incoming inquiries and conducting tours for potential clients.Organizing and overseeing events such as day retreats, photo shoots, yoga retreats, health and wellness workshops, farm-to-table events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.Building and maintaining relationships with local vendors (florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, chefs, high-end food carts, rental services, etc.)Engaging in local marketing efforts, networking with community groups and hotelsGrowing the estate's digital presence through social media and paid online advertisingEnsuring event satisfaction, especially when addressing couples with high-budget weddingsOverseeing event logistics, including coordination with external service providers and managing the event spaceTHE QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of professional event management experience requiredPreferred industry experience with weddings, farm-to-table dinners, wellness events, yoga classes, corporate retreats, or similar eventsAbility to manage and build rapport with clients and vendorsStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent interpersonal and networking abilitiesA keen eye for detail and successTHE BENEFITS:
