Job Description

Investor Client Management (ICM) is an experienced team of Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) who are responsible for the global and firm-wide connectivity with J.P. Morgan's largest and most sophisticated investor clients, across Markets & Platform products. Investor Client Management Account Management Team (ICAM) support SRMs in delivering the firm through client analytics, senior mgmt. client briefings, broker reviews, CRM development and usage, client pitches, leveraging AI/LLM to drive efficiency and client intelligence and navigating the firm to gather client intelligence and partnership efforts.

As an Associate on the ICAM team, your core responsibility will be to support the Senior Relationship Managers in their coverage of J.P. Morgan's priority institutional clients within the Markets and Platform Sales business (primarily asset managers, insurance, sponsors, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds). Additionally, your duties will include continuous analysis of the ICM client population to identify trends, areas of outperformance and areas of growth. Due to the global cross LOB nature of this role, cross collaboration with different teams in different locations is a regular occurrence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales teams internally regarding client related topics
  • Interact directly with clients
  • Drive and produce client specific reporting
  • Contribute to a daily and weekly news publication specific to ICM clients
  • Compile updates for senior management regarding the ICM population
  • Produce briefings for internal senior management ahead of senior client engagements
  • Analyze and producing findings on internal and external data
  • Work on client specific projects or analysis
  • Attend cross-asset broker reviews

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written - at all levels
  • A self-starter, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements
  • Ability to multi task across SRMs, clients and projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and an inquisitive approach to work
