Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that equip our media sales team in the USA with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell our media products.
• Lead the creation and implementation of our global Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) strategy, leveraging premium sports data and content across all sports.
• Work closely with the tech, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our DOOH and media product features align with evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops for the sales team, enhancing their product knowledge and presentation skills for direct client engagements.
• Craft compelling sales materials and product documentation that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our media products.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and market feedback to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement within our product line.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance product visibility and adoption in the market.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement tools and strategies, making data-driven decisions to refine and optimize our approach to market.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in sales enablement strategies and tools, with a proven ability to empower sales teams
• Great presentation skills
• Deep understanding of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, including key players, software, market, content creation, distribution strategies, and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging sports data and data feeds to develop compelling media products and advertisements.
• Good knowledge of the product development lifecycle
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with tech, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive sales materials and conduct impactful product presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement and DOOH initiatives, driving continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Aha! and Jira.

Desired Qualifications:
• Background in digital marketing strategies, especially in content creation and distribution for out-of-home media.
• Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the digital out-of-home advertising market.
• Great sports knowledge across Soccer, Basketball, Football, Rugby, Cricket, Baseball
