Creative Director
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a creative director with 5 or more years of experience for a direct hire opportunity for a consumer goods organization in Edison, NJ. This position is on site 5 days a week. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:Manage a team of 10+ members across all creative genres.
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team.
Manage the creative process for concept to completion.
Lead and direct the creative team.
Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Ability to track all creative projects including Copyright, Graphic Design, Photography, and Videography within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
Must possess amazing problem-solving skills and Project- management.
Proficient in Jira, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and able to work well under pressure.
Experience:
5+ years of proven leadership, team oriented, and solution driven creative direction experience

Compensation:
$80,000-$130,000
Pay Details:
$80,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
