The Opportunity

The E-commerce team at Workhuman is a critical component of delivering our world class, Workhuman Employee Recognition Platform. This is a fast paced, fun loving, results driven team, full of talented, and dynamic humans!

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that will help us by contributing to our future growth - a strong creative that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for elevating the end user experience across multiple touchpoints.

In this role as an E-commerce Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and producing creative content to support our Global Merchandising strategy as we scale our E-commerce platform. This position reports to our Global Merchandising lead and sits within our broader E-commerce Creative & Merchandising suite.

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week onsite in our brand new Framingham, MA office**

The Skills you will bring

3+ years in a creative marketing role - preferably as a Graphic Designer.Advanced competency in Adobe Creative Suite of applications and WorkFront.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint and Word.Experience in photography, video and video animation within PowerPoint.Experience and working knowledge of wire framing, creating design specs and guidelines.Strong command of design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography, color, and flow.Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, creativity, and communication skills.The ability to handle a large volume of deadline driven work.Strong strategic thinking.Strong team player with a positive attitude.Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Art or related discipline preferred.Achievements
