Job Description

The Director, Marketing Analytics will guide the strategic direction of our marketing analytics capabilities, which includes building a marketing performance and measurement ecosystem that spans consumer understanding and lifecycle insights. This role is also responsible for uncovering new insights to ensure marketing strategies are optimized and aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives.

What you will do:Marketing Strategy : Develop a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy that incorporates predictive modeling, automated reporting, advanced visualization, and segmentation / personas to enable personalized marketing strategies that ultimately drives improved experience for our advisors / clients.Performance Measurement:

Lead the measurement and reporting approach to track and communicate the marketing function's overall KPIs and performance to executive leadership. Develop standardized reporting to monitor and communicate marketing program performance and opportunities to optimize.Digital Analytics:

Deliver new insights to help formulate recommendations to help shape the future of digital revenue and marketing strategies by identifying trends and conducting consumer behavior analyses on digital platforms. Support increased focus on experimentation, innovation, and a test-and-learn agenda, including developing new approaches to drive customer acquisition / growth.Strategic Collaboration:

Partner closely with cross-functional leaders / teams to align marketing analytics initiatives with broader business objectives. Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of marketing analytics capabilities, enabling cross-channel insights and optimization.Staying Ahead of Industry Trends:

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science, AI, and digital marketing. Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, analytics / data science or a related field.10+ years analytics experience, spanning, marketing, digital, business, customer, market, etc.8+ years of experience leading teams, including developing and motivating employees at all levels.Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.Exceptional communication / presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with senior leadership.Strategic mindset with ability to drive innovation and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage shifting priorities.Experience leading advanced analytics solutions like commercial/marketing mix models, predictive modeling / data science, and sales lift analyses to optimize marketing / digital investment.What is nice to have:

Experience in the wealth management industry.Experience in building high-performance teams within analytics and insights functions.Travel Requirements:

Up to (10%)

Compensation Range:

The base annual salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
