POSITION PURPOSE:

CIM is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join its Property Marketing team. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the real estate property marketing needs for the company's stabilized and new development assets within the office, retail, and multi-family sectors located throughout the US. Knowledge of the commercial and residential leasing industry is a plus. Duties include assisting with campaigns and marketing efforts and systems and researching current market trends. Must have writing skills to help with the creation of social media and website content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing custom marketing materials for external and internal useDesign & develop various print and media campaigns to support leasing efforts.Develop graphics and logos for properties and collateral.Designing custom websites with WordPress/Squarespace for our office leasing teams.Designing website templates within Entrata for our residential properties.Conduct research and maintain leasing database.Providing tracking overall and organizing follow-ups, project updatesDesigning, editing, and managing content across multiple print and digital marketing touchpoints including brochures, presentations, advertisements, renderings, photographs, small videos, films etc.Copywriting for websites and some social media contentAssist with coordinating marketing events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement.Act as a project manager for marketing projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful implementation.Work closely with cross-functional teams including leasing, property management, and development to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Assist with tenant engagement efforts.NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Related Field. Substantial experience in lieu of degree will be considered3+ years' experience in a creative marketing roleCustomer service oriented by nature. Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy.Boundless curiosity and can-do attitude.Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc).COMMUNICATION SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence and/or reportsAbility to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex agreements.Candidate must be detail-oriented, business-minded, technologically savvy, and creative.MATHEMATICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations.Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.REASONING SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Highly analytical and detail oriented.Deadline driven and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work independently and to proactively evaluate and address work opportunities within the area of responsibilityAbility to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.Ability to solve practical problems.TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Some knowledge of Entrata website templates or similarProficient in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop etcMid- to expert-level user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
