In shortAt On, we believe in pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As our Campaign Producer, you'll materialize our in store campaigns throughout our retail channels. Working closely together with our internal Campaign Design team and a network of production vendors, you will be a key driver in managing the process of creating and producing engaging visual experiences that will excite and surprise On's audiences.
Your mission- Set the timeline and manage the realization of in store campaigns from design kick-off to roll-out- Partner with production vendors to ensure designs are produced to maintain our premium standards- Responsible to develop production prototypes ensuring high quality material fabrication and production method choices- Negotiate in the best interest of On the production cost within the framework of the allocated budget- Develop and monitor production quality of installations
Your story- Strong project management, interpersonal- and communications skills and a passion to drive people and ideas- 3-5 years of working experience in a related field- Degree in Design Management, Product Design or related creative and technical field as well as working experience in project management of 3D design projects- Solid knowhow of materials and production processes- Experience in fast-paced projects with the ability to manage consistently tight deadlines, multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously- Network of suppliers is a plus
