Junior Brand Analyst (Media, Video, and PR)

Webull is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Brand Analyst with a focus on media, specifically video, and traditional PR skills to join our high-performing brand team. This on-site role, based in St. Petersburg, will report to the Associate Director for Brand and will play a crucial part in developing and executing our brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in brand management, media analysis, and PR, with a strong emphasis on video content creation and agency collaboration. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for digital media, traditional PR, and a deep understanding of video production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Brand Strategy Development:

Support the Associate Director for Brand in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with Webull's objectives, particularly in the digital and media spaces.

Media and Video Content Creation and Analysis:

Create engaging and high-quality brand videos that enhance the brand's positioning and messaging.Conduct detailed analysis of video content performance across various digital platforms, utilizing analytics tools to gather insights and inform strategy adjustments.Monitor trends in video content consumption, customer behavior, and competitive positioning within the online trade industry.Collaborate with the branding and creative teams to ideate and develop engaging video content that enhances the brand's positioning and messaging.Coordinate with partner agencies and vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of video content initiatives.

Brand Activations and Campaigns:

Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations and PR campaigns, focusing on video content that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition to target audiences.Ensure consistency and coherence in all video content across digital channels and customer touchpoints.

Budget Management and Reporting:

Support the Associate Director for Brand in managing the brand's budget, with a focus on optimizing resources and achieving high ROI for video content and PR initiatives.Prepare regular reports on video content performance and PR campaign outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Innovation and Trend Analysis:

Stay ahead of trends and innovations in video content, digital media, and traditional PR, particularly within the online trade and e-commerce sectors.Propose new ideas and strategies to enhance the brand's presence and engagement through video content and PR efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in brand management, media analysis, PR, or digital media, with a strong emphasis on video content creation and agency collaboration.Demonstrated understanding of video production, distribution, performance analysis, and traditional PR practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of envisioning and executing innovative video content and PR initiatives.Experience working with agencies and coordinating video content and PR projects is highly desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
