SUMMARY: The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for completing a variety of graphic design/video/web duties to further marketing objectives for Farmers National Bank. Responsibilities will include: provides creation of professional graphics, images and designs for the website, social media channels, brochures, print advertisements, promotional handouts, signs, direct mail and multimedia presentations. Coordinates activities with outside printers and vendors to complete projects within the scheduled deadlines and ensure print materials are of the highest quality. Provides support to the Marketing team and other departments on special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

Create and design layouts for but not limited to the website, emails, digital ads, print ads, postcards, brochures, annual reports, signage, PowerPoint presentations, promotional materials, web banners, digital ads, and promotion videos ensuring all files meet the specifications provided.Updating content for Farmers website, social media platforms, marketing materials and similar platforms.Design of all digital marketing campaigns in support of corporate vision and goalsShoot and edit video content, including promotional videos and short, same-day videos for social mediaBasic video editing and production to incorporate motion graphics to enhance video projects, ensuring high-quality production values to align with our messaging goals. Manage the entire post-production process including editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or effects.Curate a library of stock photography and teammate provided images. Assists in image retouching, color correction and manipulation. Participate in company photo and/or video shoots to create a library for use in marketing materials.Provide creative input and design support for special projects, events, and campaigns as needed.Create various marketing reports as needed and provide summary details including key findings, trends or areas of concernResponsible for all digital video production to include TV, social media and internal Farmers Forum videosAssist in the standardization and execution of the Farmers’ Brand across all channelsActively participate in projects and perform other job-related duties as assignedComplete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this positionCompletes all other duties as assignedEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar program requiredMinimum three (3) years graphic and/or multimedia design experienceStrong graphic design and layout skills and experienceProficient use of Adobe Design SuiteProficient use of Microsoft Office Suite of software products including Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookProven ability to do extensive internet research and internet navigationMust be highly detail-oriented
