Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive the adoption, growth, and success of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of our customers, the competitive landscape, and the product itself. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Key Responsibilities:Product Positioning & Messaging:

Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.Go-to-Market Strategy:

Plan and execute product launches, working with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful releases.Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.Content Creation:

Develop and manage a content strategy, including white papers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product value.Customer Insights:

Gather and analyze customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.Sales Enablement:

Create and deliver training and resources to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits and overcoming objections.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.Collaboration:

Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Skills:

Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate technical product details into customer-friendly messaging.Proficiency in market research and analysis.Experience with content creation and sales enablement.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Tools:

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other marketing software.
