Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies. You will build brand strength of the company in a creative and sensible manner. This role entails strategic planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. The Director of Marketing plays a critical role in shaping the company's market presence and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.Drive significant, organic awareness of the product.Build Patient Advocacy organically or through partnerships.Leverage Senior Management and KOLs for expert opinions across earned media/self-publishing.Content creation to include video, audio, text, images, and mixed media.Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Communicate effectively with all internal/external stakeholders and collaborate and work effectively across all areas of the business including sales, regulatory affairs, operations, finance, etc. to achieve common goals in a constructive and positive manner.Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.RequirementsA minimum of 10 years of progressive relevant Marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical space or another highly regulated industry.Proven track record of generating organic customer growth.Demonstrated ability to grow customer audiences.Savvy command of digital and social media platforms.The ability to develop shared brand/product messaging with strategic partners.Strong business acumen.Ability to think strategically, and act tactically.High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity.Excellent analytical, communication, and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.Location
