Evereve is seeking an experienced Senior Designer in women's ready-to-wear for Tops with the ability to create original, saleable concepts that encompass style design, color, print and pattern and fabric. They would be responsible for the design and development of Knit Cut and Sew Tops and oversee Woven Tops. They will be passionate about product and ensuring that we bring customer-focused, high-quality apparel designs to life for our customer's unique needs, preferences and lifestyle. They will work in partnership with our Senior Director of Design, Woven Tops Designer, Textile Design, Technical Design, Sourcing and buying group.

The ideal person for this role will have a passion for designing, be a team player with excellent leadership and organizational skills focused on attention to detail and follow-through, have a keen design eye, and strong strategic thinking abilities. They will be a builder, creative thinker and comfortable in a more entrepreneurial environment.

LOCATION:

Headquarters (Edina, MN) - This position is not a remote option.

Key Roles and Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

Develop a deep understanding of the Evereve brand, our mission and our Customer's needs and lifestyle to inform and create relevant products and solutionsStay abreast of benchmarks + aspirational competitors, fashion industry/market trends and our floor, along with our Customer needs and preferences to identify recurring patterns and translate inspiration into successful productSupport the creation of seasonal trend concept in conjunction with the Senior Director of Design (4X/year) inclusive of: theme, colors, print + pattern, silhouette/key items, fabrics and details through researchSynthesize information and direction to develop a clear design point of view that ensures brand differentiation and style leadership while aligning with the overall design vision and merchant strategyExecute product design from concept through all stages of design and production to ensure it delivers on overall design strategy, brand identity, quality expectations, Customer lifestyle, and assortment strategy

Research materials, components, fabrics and trims and make thoughtful design decisionsDesign unique and relevant product across multiple categories seasonally to support Owned Brand developmentReview and gain approval of designs, fabrics and print + pattern by Senior Design Director and Buying group; edit and re-work as neededDesign and present a seasonal assortment of woven Owned Brand tops aligned to customer needs and Merchant Line PlanCAD styles and assortment for Owned Brand in IllustratorCommunicate style and print direction to vendors each season to support development initiativesCommunicate and collaborate with Senior Textile Designer and Design team for print needs by seasonExecute component, fabric, wash and print approvals - communicate and follow through with vendors

Collaborate with Senior Director of Design, Design Leader, Merchant and Planning teams to ensure product is compatible with quality and pricing goalsPartner with vendors to understand and leverage their strengths in the design process, working with the Sourcing Manager and Buyer to award programs to those whose capabilities best match Evereve's needsDrive for continuous growth in the development process, including, but not limited to optimizing resource managementSupport Technical Designer initiatives as needed to ensure garment specs, fit and construction meet established Evereve desired fit and specificationsParticipate in bi-weekly fit sessions with live fit model and collaborate with Technical Designers and Buyer throughout fit process to ensure fit is aligned with customer needs, relevant feedback and trend relevanceSupport Technical Designer with Product Audits as neededThis position requires a Designer with strong knowledge of the development process to make decisions that are right for the product, cost effective and meet the brand aesthetic and customer needs.Requirements
